today training all last min say cmi zzz anyway today training was fun haha lots of pumping and star jump totally fun and tiring haha then those uncle came play with them starting lose badly TT but after that last 2 round we decided to play srsly and woot we won!! haha fenghao srsly is a very zai center sia
